Sac ACS Celebrates Earth Day in the Park

The Sacramento Section of the ACS joined forces with the Environmental Council of Sacramento (ECOS) to celebrate Earth Day in Southside Park. A well-organized event and beautiful spring weather drew many families to the festivities. This year’s theme was The Buzz About Bugs – Insect Chemistry and kids of all ages enjoyed our Jumping Bugs and Bugs to Dye For demonstrations. Our participation was made possible by the Sacramento ACS and American River College volunteers.
