Shawna Richard attended the 2024 Miller Symposium March 14-15th at UC Davis, the first to be open to the public.
Below is her report:
I attended Speakers, Posters, and Sponsors.
I manned a table and obtained 25 student/ industry emails. I emailed them and gave more info about the LS and what we can offer. Three of Rosemary’s students manned the table on Thursday. I also judged posters (undergrad and graduate students).
We donated $1000 for Student Posters Awards (3 Graduates and 2 Undergraduates). See pictures below.
