Quality Assurance Opening at CDFW laboratory in Rancho Cordova

Are you looking to apply your quality assurance (QA) skills and talents to protecting the environment in a small environmental laboratory setting? If yes, then please apply for this position at the Office of Spill Prevention and Response (OSPR) Laboratory Program, located along the American River in Rancho Cordova.

The OSPR Laboratory Program is a California Certified Environmental Laboratory performing regulatory compliance analysis for California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) programs. The hired individual will serve as the laboratory’s quality assurance officer and will continue to implement, monitor, and improve laboratory compliance to the ELAP/TNI-2 quality systems standard. The incumbent will work closely with staff and management to ensure laboratory data and services meet the quality standards stated in the QA program plan
