It’s not too early to start planning for Chemists Celebrate Earth Day in April. The Sacramento Section can provide student publications with short articles, experiments, and puzzles based on this year’s theme: “The Great Indoors – Your Home’s Ecosystem”. Take a peek at last year’s brochure to get a taste of what’s available.
You, local ACS members, are the key to making the connection between the Sacramento Section and your children/grandchildren/nieces/nephews/friends school children and/or local home school programs. We need your help to identify teachers who would be interested in getting materials from ACS.
Ask the teachers and/or principals if they would like to participate. If you or a teacher or principal would like some of these publications for a young future chemist you know or their school, contact Cindy Castronovo.
