Professor Andrew Waterhouse’s new book “Understanding Wine Chemistry” was highlighted in the June 12th edition of Chemical and Engineering News. Waterhouse is a Professor of Viticulture and Enology at UC Davis.
The Sacramento area has over 900 members of the American Chemical Society in all areas of chemistry.
