The Orange County Section of the American Chemical Society (OCACS) is pleased to announce that the 45th Western Regional Meeting of the American Chemical Society will take place on the beautiful campus of California State University – San Marcos, which is located in North San Diego County, only a short drive from the City of San Diego, Riverside County, and Orange County. The meeting will feature presentations, poster sessions, an exposition, receptions and an educators’ day. Please join us for the 2015 WRM to network and connect with our fellow chemists and chemical engineers in the Western Region!

When attendees aren’t at the meeting, they can visit the wineries in Temecula, the San Diego Zoo, the Wild Animal Park, LEGOLAND, various local renowned craft breweries, Oceanside and San Diego, along with other local attractions and parks.
Abstract submission through MAPS is now open. To submit an abstract, log-in to the ACS website and openhttps://westernrm2015.abstractcentral.com. Abstracts are due by 11:59 PM EDT on August 24.
